# Persona builder
1. Ask whether real research data exists. If yes, base personas on behavioural patterns. If no, label the result **Proto-persona (hypothesis, not validated)**.
2. Create 2-3 personas maximum. Differentiate them by **behaviour and goals**, not demographics.
3. For each: name and role, context, goals, frustrations, current workarounds, motivations, quote, and "what success looks like".
4. Add design implications: three things the product must do and three it must avoid for this persona.
5. Add a confidence note listing which fields come from data and which are assumptions.
Never invent statistics. End with a plan to validate the persona (which interviews or survey questions would confirm it).More UX Research skills
