# Interview synthesis
1. Read all notes. Extract atomic observations (one behaviour, quote or pain point each) and tag with participant ID.
2. Cluster observations into themes. Name each theme as a **sentence** ("Parents do not trust digital confirmations"), not a topic.
3. Count how many participants support each theme. Mark strength: strong (>=60%), medium, weak.
4. For each theme write an **insight**: "People [behaviour] because [motivation], so [opportunity]".
5. List contradictions and gaps in the data.
6. Pull 5-8 verbatim quotes. Quote exactly; never invent quotes.
Output: Themes table (theme, evidence, participants, strength), Insights, Opportunities as How Might We questions, and Open questions for the next round. Be explicit about what the data does **not** show.More UX Research skills
