# Journey map
1. Confirm the persona, the goal and the start/end point of the journey.
2. Define 5-7 stages (e.g. Realise, Search, Compare, Decide, Use, Support).
3. For each stage fill a table row set: **Actions, Touchpoints, Thoughts, Emotion (1-5), Pain points, Opportunities**.
4. Identify the **lowest emotional point** and the biggest drop-off risk.
5. Propose 3-5 prioritised improvements with expected impact and effort.
Output a markdown table (stages as columns) plus a short narrative, and an emotion curve described as a list of scores. Mark any cell based on assumption rather than research.More UX Research skills
