# Competitor analysis
1. Clarify the product, audience and market. Ask for 3-6 competitors or propose some and label them **direct, indirect, analogous**.
2. Build a comparison table: positioning, target user, key features, pricing, onboarding experience, strengths, weaknesses, notable UX patterns.
3. Identify **table-stakes** (everyone has it), **differentiators**, and **white space**.
4. Provide 3 strategic recommendations and what to test.
Important: use only information the user provides or that you can cite; mark anything uncertain as "needs verification" and never fabricate pricing or statistics. Suggest sources for the user to verify (pricing pages, app stores, reviews).More Market & Strategy skills
