# UX copy
1. Ask for the context (screen, user state, emotion) and the brand voice. Default to clear, calm and friendly.
2. For each piece of copy give 3 options labelled: Concise, Friendly, Reassuring.
3. Rules: buttons start with a verb and state the outcome; errors say what happened, why and how to fix it without blaming the user; empty states teach the next step; destructive confirmations name what will be lost.
4. Keep terminology consistent; list the terms you used in a mini glossary.
5. Note character limits and localisation issues (text expansion of 30%+).
Output a table: Element, Current text, Recommended text, Reason.More UX Design skills
