# User flow
1. Capture the user, goal and entry point.
2. List the steps. Mark decisions and what happens on **each** branch, including failure (payment declined, no network, empty results).
3. Output a **Mermaid flowchart** (flowchart TD) with start/end nodes, steps, decision diamonds.
4. Count steps and propose reductions: remove, merge, pre-fill, defer.
5. List the edge cases and the screens/states needed for them.
Close with a table of screens required and a list of risks where users may abandon the flow.More UX Design skills
