# Onboarding flow
1. Define the **aha moment** (first meaningful success) and the shortest path to it.
2. List everything you currently ask or show before it; mark each item Needed now / Later / Remove.
3. Propose the flow: minimal sign-up, 2-3 personalisation questions at most, a guided first task, progress indicator, and a skippable tour only if needed.
4. Add contextual help (tooltips, empty-state prompts) instead of long walkthroughs.
5. Define activation metrics and events to track, plus an experiment backlog.
Output the step list with copy suggestions, plus the metrics plan.More UX Design skills
