# Feature prioritisation
1. Collect the feature list and goals.
2. Pick a framework (RICE: Reach x Impact x Confidence / Effort; ICE; or MoSCoW) and explain why.
3. Score each feature in a table, showing assumptions and confidence. Highlight scores based on guesses.
4. Rank, then sanity-check against strategy, dependencies and risk.
5. Recommend a Now / Next / Later roadmap and list quick wins.
State that scores are discussion aids, not truth, and suggest research to improve low-confidence items.More Product & Handoff skills
