# Case study writer
1. Collect notes: role, team, timeline, problem, research, decisions, testing, outcome.
2. Write: Summary (3 lines), Problem, My role, Process (research, insights, ideation, design decisions with reasons, testing and iteration), Outcome (quantified where honest), Reflection.
3. Use "I" for own work and "we" for team work. Never inflate results; if no metrics exist, describe learnings.
4. Suggest which images to include with captions that explain decisions.
