Return & Refund Policy – UX Mate

1. Overview
At UX Mate (https://uxmate.co.in), we sell digital products and downloadable content, including but not limited to:
- UI/UX design resources
- Digital templates and assets
- Plugins, software, and tools
- Online courses and educational material
All products are delivered electronically and instantly after successful payment.
Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in the limited cases mentioned below.
2. No Return Policy (Digital Products)
Since our products are intangible digital goods, they:
- Cannot be physically returned
- Are accessible immediately after purchase
- Cannot be “un-used” or “un-downloaded”
Therefore:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any digital product purchased from UX Mate.
3. No Refund Policy
By completing a purchase on UX Mate, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are purchasing a digital product
- You receive instant access/download
- You waive the right to a refund once the product is delivered
We do not provide refunds once a digital product has been successfully delivered.
This applies to:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchase
- Not liking the product
- No longer needing the product
- Lack of technical skills to use the product
4. Exceptions (When Refund May Be Considered)
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
a) Duplicate Payment
If you are charged twice for the same product, we will refund the duplicate amount.
b) Technical Delivery Failure
If:
- You paid but did not receive the product
- And we fail to deliver it within 48 hours after support request
c) Corrupted or Broken File
If the product file is corrupted or unusable and we cannot provide a working replacement.
5. What Is NOT Eligible for Refund
No refunds will be provided for:
- User error or misunderstanding of product features
- Compatibility issues with your device/software
- Internet connectivity issues
- Change of mind after download
- Claiming “not satisfied” after accessing content
6. Contact for Refund Requests
If you believe your case qualifies under the exceptions:

Include:
- Order ID
- Payment screenshot/receipt
- Issue description
All requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, your account may be:
- Permanently suspended
- Blocked from future purchases
- Blacklisted from downloads
We strongly recommend contacting us before filing any dispute.
8. Fraud Prevention
To prevent abuse:
- All downloads are logged
- IP and device fingerprints are recorded
- Repeated refund attempts will be denied
9. Legal Compliance (India)
This policy complies with:
- Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019
- Information Technology Act, 2000
- RBI digital transaction guidelines
Digital goods are non-returnable under Indian law once delivered.
